A little about me

Hi, I'm Roberta Larson. Spent my whole life here in Washington, I've developed a deep love and understanding of Seattle's neighborhoods and communities. My goal as your real estate agent is simple: to make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether you're new to the market or a seasoned pro, I'm here to guide you every step of the way-no question is too small, and no detail too big.

Before real estate, my soul purpose was my children. Being a stay-at-home mom to two kids who are 21 months apart meant a lot of negotiating (trust me, if I can win a negation between two toddlers in full tantrum mode, imagine what I can do in real estate deal!). My kids were my top priority, which is why I was so involved in their school life, PTA, sports and Boy Scouts.

I bring the same dedication, patience, sincerity, and truth to real estate that I bring to raising my kids and being a wife for over 30 years. My clients know they can count on me to be upfront and transparent, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process.
